About Sunroom Psycology
A sunroom is often one of the most peaceful spaces in a home. It is a warm, calm and inviting place where natural light gathers.
Often found in Queenslander-style and heritage homes, a sunroom is a peaceful retreat—a light-filled space to pause, gather your thoughts, and take in your surroundings from a place of comfort and safety.
Sunroom Psychology was named with this concept in mind. We believe therapy can provide a similar experience:
a supportive space where life's challenges can be explored with curiosity and compassion; where difficult experiences are gently brought into the light, and where healing and growth can occur.

Our hope is that Sunroom Psychology feels like a
warm and welcoming space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
Meet Your Psychologist
Hi, I’m Anna, Clinical Psychologist and founder of Sunroom Psychology with over 10 years of experience working across hospital, community, and private practice settings.

I have a special interest in supporting women and families through the perinatal period, including
experiences related to fertility, pregnancy, birth, and the transition to parenthood.
I also work with adults navigating a range of other difficulties including: chronic pain and health conditions, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, stress and burnout, depression, and women’s health concerns. Iunderstand that physical and emotional wellbeing are deeply interconnected, and I value
supporting people through the challenges that can arise when life doesn’t go to plan.
Depending on your needs and goals, I may draw on a range of therapeutic approaches including: EMDR, Schema Therapy, ACT, CBT, and DBT, alongside relational and attachment-informed approaches shaped by my training with the Gottman Institute and Circle of Security.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative and open balancing thoughtful exploration with humour where it supports the therapeutic process. My aim is to work alongside you to make sense of your experiences in a way that feels safe and supportive while helping you move
towards lasting and meaningful change.
Seeking support can feel like a big step, and I know it isn't always easy. My hope is that when you walk into Sunroom Psychology, you'll feel welcomed, comfortable, and confident that you don't have to navigate life's challenges on your own.
